The Italinox Prisma stackable electric conveyor pizza ovens can produce a large number of pizza’s to a consistently high quality. They have adjustable temperature and conveyor speed along with a digital control panel as standard to set the bake time and temperature. With a smooth drop down door including viewing window, this great oven cooks up to 320’C. The cool touch exterior ensures that external surfaces do not get hotter than 40’C. These new models have a unique element configuration that ensures pizza is cooked thoroughly but without burning the ingredients on the top. The power supply is single phase electricity.
